Disconnect any other USB devices, SD cards, or Bluetooth devices from the car.
Disconnect all Bluetooth devices and remove other SD cards or USBs. Insert the USB drive. Wait up to for the system to detect the files. Follow the on-screen prompts and select R-link 2-software Version 9.0.35.50x
Press and hold the physical power button of the R-Link 2 unit for 10 seconds to force a hard reset.
